These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ar999 platform and all associated services. Please read them carefully before registering or using any ar999 products.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to engage in online betting and gaming in your jurisdiction to hold an ar999 account. ar999 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
Each individual may hold only one ar999 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended. Account sharing, transfers, or sale to a third party are strictly prohibited under these Terms.
All deposits and withdrawals on ar999 must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted. KYC verification may be required before processing withdrawals above threshold amounts.
ar999 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as stated in each individual promotion's terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until applicable playthrough requirements are met. Abuse of bonus systems will result in forfeiture and potential account suspension.
Cheating, collusion, use of automated software (bots), arbitrage betting in bad faith, money laundering, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited on ar999. Such conduct results in immediate account termination and fund forfeiture.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ar999. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the Platform. ar999 will verify age at registration and may request documentary proof (e.g., CNIC, Passport) at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before opening an Account. ar999 makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is legal where you reside and that you are not prohibited by applicable law from participating.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may register only one (1) ar999 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, contact ar999 support immediately.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at registration and to keep your account details up to date. Providing false information, including false identity documents, is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.5 Geographic Restrictions. ar999 may restrict access to its Platform from certain territories. Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs or proxy services to access ar999 from a restricted jurisdiction constitutes a breach of these Terms.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar999 username and password. ar999 will never ask you to reveal your password by email, phone, or live chat.
3.2 You must notify ar999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ar999 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
3.3 ar999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. All sessions are protected by TLS/SSL encryption.
3.4 Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. ar999 reserves the right to suspend accounts where shared access is detected.
4.1 ar999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). Accepted methods may change without prior notice.
4.2 All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account suspension and full refund of the deposit to the originating payment method.
4.3 Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the ar999 Cashier page. ar999 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to individual accounts.
4.4 ar999 is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment processors, network congestion, or banking system outages beyond ar999's control.
4.5 ar999 does not accept deposits that constitute, facilitate, or are proceeds of money laundering or any criminal activity. ar999 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where applicable.
5.1 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. ar999 may require alternative verification before processing to a different method.
5.2 KYC verification is mandatory before processing withdrawals above the minimum threshold applicable to your account tier. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC, passport, or proof of address. ar999 targets document review within 24–48 hours of submission.
5.3 ar999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours for security review purposes, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal requests.
5.4 Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements until those requirements are fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.
5.5 ar999 is not responsible for withdrawal delays caused by recipient banks, mobile wallet systems, or blockchain confirmation times for cryptocurrency withdrawals.
6.1 All ar999 bonuses and promotions are governed by the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
6.2 Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Incomplete wagering results in bonus forfeiture. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds before bonus funds become withdrawable.
6.3 ar999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinated exploitation with other Players — will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and recovery of any winnings derived from such conduct.
7.1 All sports bets placed on ar999 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market at the time of placement. Cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, are governed by ar999's cricket-specific rules available within the sportsbook.
7.2 ar999 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has commenced where ar999 was unaware that the event had started at the time of bet acceptance.
7.3 ar999 does not accept bets from Players who have material non-public information regarding an event or who are directly involved as a participant, official, or team member in that event.
7.4 Casino and live dealer game results are determined by certified random number generation systems or physical equipment operated by licensed third-party studios. ar999 does not control individual game outcomes.
7.5 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet, ar999 will refer to the relevant game server logs to determine the outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, ar999 may void the game round and return stakes.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
9.1 All content on the ar999 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations — is the property of ar999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ar999 Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any ar999 content.
9.3 The ar999 name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of ar999. Unauthorised use of ar999 trademarks is prohibited.
10.1 ar999 provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ar999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ar999 excludes all liability for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) indirect or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform; (d) losses caused by third-party payment processing failures.
10.3 ar999's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by ar999's negligence.
11.1 ar999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment. ar999 is strictly an 18+ platform.
11.2 Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion from within their ar999 account settings. These tools take effect immediately or within 24 hours depending on the tool selected.
11.3 Self-excluded Players must not attempt to re-register or circumvent their exclusion. ar999 will use reasonable technical measures to enforce exclusion but cannot guarantee absolute prevention of re-registration across all channels.

12.1 You may close your ar999 account at any time by contacting ar999 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding unmet bonus wagering) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion.
12.2 ar999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive conduct; KYC failure; or ongoing legal investigation involving the account holder.
12.3 In cases of mandatory regulatory account closure, ar999 will follow applicable legal obligations regarding fund handling.
13.1 ar999 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the ar999 Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ar999's operating jurisdiction.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, you should first contact ar999 support with a clear description of the issue. ar999 will acknowledge disputes within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve them within 30 days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ar999's internal process, you may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory or dispute resolution body applicable to your jurisdiction.
14.4 Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.
